The Lucidia adventure is a generic catch-all for any official-ish quests and adventures that Dat may wish to run.
Plot direction will normally come from Krinele Fullin, and specific details will vary from sub-adventure to sub-adventure.
The default world of the chat is one fractured into realms having different affinities to various energies. Within it, city-states make uneasy accords with their neighbors at varying levels of technological, magical, psionic, and other energy affinity. Your neighbors may be unable to use a simple calculator but have advanced magic, while you might weild magnificent lasers but can't produce a spark magically... this leads to interesting trade relations, especially when inventions break when crossing borders.
